Dispatch of parts
Stocked items ordered and paid for before 3:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, at weekends or on public holidays go the next working day. Items marked order in ship once they reach us; the product table states the expected wait.

Installation
Installation is quoted separately from equipment, after a survey. Within Lagos a survey is free for jobs over ₦250,000; elsewhere we charge travel at cost and credit it against the job if you proceed. Quotes hold for 30 days.
Typical lead time from accepted quote to installation is 5 to 10 working days, depending on whether cabling is already in place. We agree a date in writing before we attend, and we leave the site clean.
Commissioning and handover
On completion we test every device, set up remote viewing if requested, and walk you through arming, disarming and retrieving footage. You receive a written handover listing what was installed and where, plus warranty dates.
Tracking and damage
You receive courier and tracking details when parts leave us. Please check items on arrival and report transit damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to returns@redteamht.com. Transit-damaged goods are replaced or refunded in full, including carriage both ways.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt redelivery once. After a second failure the parcel returns to us and we refund the goods less the original delivery charge.
