1. Who we are

Red Team HT ("we", "us") supplies and installs security systems from Suite 14, Ikeja Plaza, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. These terms apply to every order placed with us.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because stock is exhausted or a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our delivery policy. Payment is due in full before dispatch unless you hold an approved trade account, in which case invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. Card payment on this website is being commissioned; when live it is processed by our payment provider and we do not store card details. Until then we accept bank transfer and counter payment.

4. Surveys, installation and risk

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery, or on completion of installation where we install. Quotes follow a survey and hold for 30 days. Timescales are estimates and not guarantees; where a delivery or an agreed installation date is materially late you may cancel and receive a full refund of anything paid for work not carried out.

5. Returns

Your return and warranty rights are set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

6. Warranty and liability

Equipment and installations carry the warranty set out in our returns policy. We are not liable for loss of recorded footage, loss of profit, or business interruption, and a security system reduces risk rather than removing it — we give no guarantee against loss, theft or intrusion. Our total liability for any order or job is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell items bought at trade prices as new, or use our name or marks without written permission. We do not supply covert recording, tracking or signal-jamming equipment, and we decline orders intended for surveillance of people without their knowledge.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
