What we collect
To take and fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details. For a survey or installation we also record the site address and notes about the premises. For trade accounts we collect your business name and registration details.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never sent to or stored on our systems. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
Why we hold it
- To fulfil your order, carry out installation, and handle returns or warranty claims
- To keep accounting and tax records, as Nigerian law requires
- To answer your enquiries
Who we share it with
Couriers receive the delivery name, address and contact details. Our payment provider processes your payment. Our accountants see transaction records. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for six years, as required for tax. Enquiry correspondence is deleted after two years.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Email hello@redteamht.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Recorded footage
We do not hold or have access to footage from systems we install. Recording stays on your recorder or in a cloud account you control. Where you ask us to help retrieve footage we do so on your instruction, on your equipment, and we keep no copy.
